"Exchange worked out, just a bit slow"
I ordered from Modusbrand and ended up needing a different size, so I went through the exchange process. It did get sorted in the end, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would, and I had to check in once to keep things moving. To be fair, customer service was polite and helpful when they replied, just not the fastest. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s probably fine, but if you need something swapped quickly, the process could feel a little frustrating. I got the right size eventually, so overall it was okay, just could be smoother

"Fit Met My Usual Standard"
I ordered my usual size from Modus, even though I was a little unsure since it was my first time buying from them. I’m particular about fit, and this actually met my usual standard. It wasn’t too tight, but it didn’t look baggy either. The size guide was surprisingly useful too, which I don’t find often. I’m 5’10, and the length came out just right on me. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, I’d probably suggest going one size up. Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely buy again

"Emails hit the sweet spot"
I signed up on modusbrand.com and expected my inbox to get flooded, but that hasn’t been the case at all. Their emails come in just often enough to keep them on my radar without feeling like they’re constantly popping up.
They’re quick to skim, actually relevant, and not packed with pushy promos. It’s a small thing, but I really appreciate it—it makes me way more likely to stay subscribed.

"Order was spot on"
I ordered a few things from modusbrand.com and, everything showed up exactly like I picked it online. No weird surprises or anything off, which was dope.
The sizes, colors, and quantities were all correct. I really appreciated that because I’ve had other sites mess stuff up before, and it’s such a hassle to deal with.
Not much else to say, but I’m glad the order was right and I didn’t have to hit up support. Super smooth experience, and yeah, I’d definitely order again.

I bought a hoodie from Modus and, i was a little skeptical at first because a lot of brands say the right things. But when it arrived, I felt genuinely happy with it. The fabric feels solid and comfortable, and it doesn’t have that flimsy fast-fashion feel at all.
I also really liked that they’re upfront about how it’s made, which made me feel good about supporting them. Shipping was uneventful, which is always a relief. Nothing flashy, no problems, just a good hoodie from a brand that seems to care. I’d buy from them again.

I checked out modusbrand.com the site looks fine at first glance. The design is clean and simple, but it felt a little too plain for me, almost like it was missing some personality or something to make it stand out.
The colors and layout are easy enough to look at, but I just didn’t really connect with the overall style. I also found it a bit frustrating that there didn’t seem to be any real follow-up or effort to keep me interested after browsing. Not a bad site, just not one I’d feel excited to come back to...

I ordered from modusbrand.com last week and the whole delivery process was really easy. I got the tracking email quickly, and it actually kept updating, which is always a good sign to me. "Mobile site works, but could be smoother"
I ordered from Modusbrand on my phone, and overall it got the job done. The products loaded and I was able to browse around, but a few pages felt slower than I expected.
The checkout did go through, but I had to tap a couple of things more than once, and the menu was a little frustrating on a smaller screen. If you’re shopping from your phone, I’d say just be a bit patient and double-check everything before placing the order.
Nothing major went wrong, and my order was completed in the end. I just think the mobile site could use some polishing so it feels faster and easier for everyone using it on the go.

"Limited options and no one seems to own it"
I went on Modusbrand hoping to find a few different styles, but the selection felt thin. A couple of items looked decent, but there weren’t many choices for colors or sizes, so I ended up leaving without buying anything. What makes it more frustrating is that it feels like nobody really takes ownership of improving the shopping experience. It would be a lot better if they added more variety and kept the options updated.

I ordered from modusbrand.com and, I don’t know, I guess I had higher expectations because of the price. The product itself wasn’t bad or anything, it worked fine and looked okay — but it didn’t really feel that different from cheaper stuff I’ve bought before. Shipping was fine too, no real complaints there, just nothing that stood out. Maybe I picked the wrong item, or maybe I hyped it up in my head too much, but for what I paid, the value didn’t really feel worth it. I’d probably only consider ordering again if there was a good discount.

It took me a little while to figure out what could actually be changed, which made me wonder if they were making it seem more flexible than it really was. Overall it wasn’t bad, just felt a bit limited for what I had in mind

I’ve been a loyal fan of this brand for a while, so I really wanted to love this. At first glance it looks fine, but the stitching felt a bit cheap to me. I’m torn because I usually trust their quality, but this one didn’t quite live up to what I’m used to from them.
